This Month
I am Alexandria Cruz McCray, proud founder of "The CEO Code." My journey from Hartford, Connecticut, to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has been driven by an unwavering passion for empowering others. At the age of 12, I ventured into the realm of customer service and sales, laying the groundwork for my entrepreneurial journey.
In 2020, amidst the challenges of the pandemic, I seized the opportunity to launch my nail technician career, which rapidly exceeded my expectations. By 2022, I had established my LLC and opened my first salon, thanks to the invaluable guidance from mentors who taught me essential skills in salon management and business credit.
Today, I am on the verge of realizing my dream of opening my own commercial building, guided by the insights gained alongside my colleague, Felicia Rodriguez. My greatest challenge has been learning to juggle various roles while remaining authentic to myself. Nevertheless, my proudest moments stem from surpassing my own expectations at a young age.
I am motivated by my supportive husband & daughter, my unwavering faith, and the incredible success of those I mentor. My mission with "The CEO Code" is to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools and insights needed to thrive in their industries.
